Ordering Information

What is the information under the product image?

Clicking on a product’s image will give you detailed information about that product like country of origin, fabric content, size breakdown and size scale.

1)      9411-TB2443-DKGRAYBLK-2-2-2 < Location #, Style #, Color, and Size Breakdown which in this case is 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large.

2)      Unit Price: $10.00 < Refers to price per piece.

3)      PACKAGE PRICE (6) $60.00 < This is the package price. For example, this package would include 6 pieces, 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large.

 

How To Order: We accept orders online, by phone, by fax, and by email. Walk in customers are welcome to walk through our showroom and warehouse to hand pick their order.

Minimum or Sample Order: We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. No sample orders.

Internet Ordering: Placing your order online is easy, fast and safe. www.clothingshowroom.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

International Orders: We ship worldwide, with exception to some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use USPS for international shipments, unless specified otherwise by our customer.


Forms of Payment

International customers may prepay by Wire Transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. Customers who have placed at least 3 orders with us may pay via credit card.

ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST HAVE MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES.  ANY FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO SEND OVER A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION.  PROVIDING A COPY OF PROPER IDENTIFICATION AT THE SAME TIME AN ORDER IS PLACED WILL ENSURE FASTER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME.  IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT WISH TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION, AN ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD MUST BE USED TO PROCESS THE ORDER. 

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL ORDERS ON HOLD WITH UNCONFIRMED FULL PAYMENT THAT ARE PLACED VIA PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, OR BANK WIRE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

INCASE OF DIFICULTIES PROCESSING CREDIT CARD SAVE YOUR ORDER UNDER PAYPAL AND CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS MADE TO AVOID YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED.

  

1. Credit/Debit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

Credit card billing address must match the shipping address.

2. PayPal

Complete your shopping cart process, once you reach the end, you choose PayPal Checkout as your payment method. (E-Checks take 2-10 days to clear. We will ship your order after e-check has cleared)

3.  COD

To be eligible for cod, you must have placed at least 3 orders. An additional $9 handling fee will be applied to all COD orders. Also, all COD's must be cashier’s checks or money orders. Please prepare the COD ahead of time and fax a copy to 213-437-0800. WE MUST RECEIVE A FAXED COPY OF THE CHECK BEFORE WE SHIP THE MERCHANDISE.

5.  Bank Wire

Once you select Paypal to hold your order, please give us a call or email us to receive the wiring information.  Orders not paid for within 3 business days are automatically cancelled unless we hear from you.

Return Policy

Need to return something? Not a problem! Send back any bargain you don't love within 5 days of receipt, no questions asked (see your packing slip for final return date). We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping charges.

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

How To Request an RMA #:

You can request an RMA# by emailing us at returns@clothingshowroom.com. You will need to provide the following information:

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Because our great values change frequently as we locate new and exciting deals for you, our 5-day return policy gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn / soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order. Any order received without an RMA # will not be accepted. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will either credit your original form of payment or give you store credit, minus the shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to two weeks for refund.

Late Returns

Unfortunately, items received after the 5-day return policy cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Clothing Showroom, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service

PLEASE NOTE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:

Clothing Showroom will only pay for shipping charges due to merchandise that is defective or damaged or if an error was made in processing (receiving the wrong product).  All other return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

By California state law, all California customers who wish to resell to consumers in California must have a resellers permit.  In compliance with California state requirements, CLOTHINGSHOWROOM.COM must collect valid resale permits and tax licenses or charge all California customers sales tax.

Shipping Policies

ClothingShowroom.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. We use FedEx for domestic shipping and USPS for international.

When will my order be shipped?


Usually all orders within 24-48hr. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes. Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs. 

International Shipping
The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments, unless customer prefers there own shipping method like FedEx. We do not pay for Custom charges and Tax for international shipments.
